Our services are offered to the professional builder or private individuals.
Full Sets of Plans, Partial Sets of Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Plans, etc.
A complete set of plans is an essential step in your design process which helps ensure smooth construction throughout the project and reduce unexpected costs associated with change orders.
We will permit the project, attend all review meetings and meet the building inspector for the
rough-in framing, energy , and final inspections all as part of our initial service.

Architecture is the art and science of building construction. We strive to bring a mixture of both fields to meet the needs of each client. The Drafting Board, Inc. is a drafting service that provides quality CAD building plans and building services. It is our goal to take your dream or design and turn it into reality,
